Identify Crafting

  • Old identity (neutral, not shaming):
“I used to see myself as someone who ________.”

  • New identity (present tense, embodied):
    “I am someone who ________.”

  • 2026 expansion:
“Because of this, my life/business/relationships expand by ________.”

    New identity (present tense, embodied):
“I am someone who is rooted, responsive, and self-trusting—who allows support, chooses clarity over vigilance, and meets life from presence rather than defense.”

    2026 expansion:
“Because of this, my life, work, and relationships expand through steadiness instead of urgency, deeper mutuality instead of over-functioning, and creative flow that comes from being grounded rather than braced.”

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

“I used to see myself as someone who had to stay alert all the time—someone who needed to anticipate problems, manage outcomes, and carry things alone to stay safe.
That way of being made sense once. It helped me survive. Grateful for it. And it's no longer who I am.

Today, I am someone who is grounded and self-trusting.
    I respond instead of brace.
    I let clarity replace vigilance.
I allow support without losing myself.
I meet life from presence, not protection.

Because of this shift, my life, my work, and my relationships are expanding.
I create from steadiness instead of urgency.
I experience deeper reciprocity instead of over-functioning.
And what I build now comes from alignment, not efforting.

This is my identity now—and I’m living into it in 2026 and beyond.”
