"summarize, title, apply, " daily practice, now I need to just raise my standards and measure more often. Like if you don't measure your weight, you're going to gain weight over the years. That's just called part of being human, right? At least in modern culture. Like, but if you weigh yourself, it's like a business. If you measure your business once a year, you're going to have bad years. If you measure once a month, you won't have bad years. You can jump 12 times to make it better. When I take over a company, I start to measure elements, and I measure them daily because I don't wanna have bad weeks. And in some situations in the beginning, we measure them hourly because the more you measure and the more conscious you are, the quicker you make a change. But if you let things slide, then it's really hard to do. So what are you gonna measure? How are you gonna measure your progress? What's gonna be a daily practice and what's gonna be the way you measure? And then finally, once you do that, the final step is celebrate because if you don't celebrate the victory, then what are you doing it all for? Some people, they work their guts out to achieve a goal and they go, ah, thank God I achieved it. And thanks. Right? Religion, the word religion comes from religio, which means to celebrate. But some people don't celebrate and celebrate the gift of life. So you gotta allow yourself to celebrate that. How many have done a little more celebration in the last couple of days, even in these little days, you know, right? Let's hit boys, right? So I want you to stand up. Let's stand up and let's do this. Stand up and we're gonna do this in our bodies real quick. Shake your body out, take it out, and make a move. Make a move. Make a move. Make a move. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes. Make the sound of your warrior as loud as you can. Go. Go, go. Come on, do it. The sound of your warrior. Make the sound of your Magician. Magician. The Magician. Make the sound of your Lover. Your Lover. Your Lover. Make the sound of your sovereign, your king or your queen, the wise one within you. So now that you're in state, close your eyes. Stay in this state with your eyes closed. Let's do step one. Get in your body. What do you really want? You know it now, but now see it. Feel it. What do you want? Let's activate your hunger. What do you want to achieve? What do you want to make happen in the next 6 to 12 months that's gonna excite you, get you up early, keep you up late, make you feel fully alive? What is it? What do you really want? Feel it. Enjoy it. Experience it. That's it. Feel it inside your body. Now, say it out loud what you want, but say it like you're gonna do it, saying, I am going to achieve this and this is why. Go, say it out loud. I'm gonna achieve what. I'm gonna make what happen and why. Shout it like you're ranting, like you're going on a rant. I'm gonna achieve this and this is why, for this reason, for that reason. That's it. Go for it. Go for it. Perfect. That's it. All your intensity, all your intensity. That's it. That's it. That's it. Do it again. One more time. This is what I'm gonna achieve. This is what it's gonna mean when I achieve it. This is why I'm gonna achieve it. That's it. That's it. Now make the sound of victory in your body as loud as you can. The sound of victory. The sound of victory. The sound of victory. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes. How makes you feel like you're on the path that you're gonna achieve? Let's close your eyes. Let's do step two. Let's find and face the truth. The truth will set you free. So what's the truth? Let's get clear and honest. In the past, there's been a gap between where you wanna be and where you are right now. If we're gonna close that gap, what's gotten in the way in the past? What has it been in the way? Has it been fear? Has it been a limiting belief? If so, what was it? A limiting story about your life, belief or story? Is it some other emotion, frustration, overwhelm, sadness, tired, stressed? Is it a habit that needs to change? Or is it a skill you need? Maybe to get that place, it's a new identity. Who do you need to be? There's a part of you already that can get this done. Who do you need to be to achieve this? Who do you need to be to break through this limitation? And right now, decide, I'm gonna break through this thing I'm gonna own it. When you decide that you know what it is and own it, make your move. Make your move. Make your move. Make your move. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes. Now, close your eyes. What's your map? What's your massive action plan? What's something you can do right now, today, tonight, tomorrow, something you can do right away that's something simple that would commit you to follow through? What could you just say, you don't just say you're gonna do it, but you actually follow through. And what's a big action you could take in the next day or in the next week? And if you took that big action, you would create some momentum. Maybe you're gonna fight or something, or you're gonna fight yourself from something. Maybe you're gonna end a relationship or begin one, or you're gonna commit, get yourself out there. What are you gonna do that would be uncomfortable, but it would mean that you're absolutely pushing through? It would set you up for the next step. If you know, if you know some action you're gonna take right now, say yes. Say yes. Say yes. Make the sound of your warrior again when you say yes this time. Go. Now, now it's time to do what's hard. Time to slay the dragon. What do you need to slay? What is it you need to push through? What belief, what emotion, what is it? This time I want you to see and feel yourself in a situation where you normally would pull back, but now you push through. Feel it. Close your eyes and feel like you're in the situation you used to stop you and you slay the dragon. You deal with your fear. You push through that limitation. You got that skill. And you feel it. You feel yourself getting that skill. You feel the progress. You feel the momentum. You feel the power of massive action. You feel your expanded identity because you're doing things you wouldn't have done before. You've invested in yourself. You pushed yourself forward. You learned the skill. You got yourself where you wanted to be. You destroyed that old belief. You didn't just learn about it intellectually. You did it. And when you feel like you're doing it inside, like you can feel it in your body, make the sound of victory again. Nice and loud. Go. The sound of victory. That's it. Now... Your eyes closed. What's something you could do daily to keep yourself on the path? Is it something you want to listen to, read, or do each day? What's something just daily, just a daily habit that'll keep you in the right state, doing the right things? Is it a workout? Is it listening to something? Is it being inspired? What are you gonna do? If you already know something real quick, a daily habit that'll help you, just say, I. I. Say, I. I. If you're at home, give me that thumbs up if you're on YouTube so I know you got it. Awesome. Make you move. Make you move. Make you move. Make you move. Now, what's the standard gonna raise? What are you gonna do more than before and how are you gonna measure it? Are you gonna measure yourself more often? What are you gonna measure? Because you know, we get what we tolerate in ourselves. So what are you gonna no longer tolerate? What are you gonna measure? Make sure you really make your progress. You're not kidding yourself. What are you gonna do to make it happen? Raise your hand right now. Give me a thumbs up if you know something you're gonna measure more often here in this area. Awesome. Make your move. Make your move. Make your move. Make your move. Now, when I say now, I want you to think about how good it feels not only to be on the path, but to make it happen in your life in this area. And then you know what you're gonna do with any area of your life. And then what I want you to do, I want you to feel your warrior, your magician, your lover, your king. And I want you to celebrate like a little kid, like all this is already done. It's in your body and it's done. On three, more energy than you've had all week. Ready? One, two, three, go! Celebrate the victory!"

Absolutely. Here’s a clean Tony-style distillation, then a grounded application that fits your life and nervous system(not hype for hype’s sake).

Title

“You Don’t Rise to Your Goals — You Rise to What You Measure and Celebrate”

Summary (Essence of the Teaching)

This is about closing the gap between who you are now and who you want to be — not through willpower alone, but through standards, measurement, embodiment, and celebration.

Key ideas:

  • What you don’t measure, deteriorates.
Weight, money, relationships, confidence — if you only check occasionally, problems compound quietly.

  • Frequency creates mastery.
    Measure yearly → bad years.
    Monthly → course correction.
Daily (or hourly) → no bad weeks. Awareness accelerates change.

  • State drives behavior.
You don’t just think your way forward — you move, sound, breathe, and embody the identity you’re becoming.

  • Truth sets you free.
You face what’s actually been in the way: fear, beliefs, habits, emotional patterns, or missing skills.

  • Identity precedes results.
The question isn’t just what will you do, but who must you be to do it consistently?

  • Massive action rewires identity.
Especially actions that feel uncomfortable but clean, honest, and self-respecting.

  • Daily rituals keep you in state.
Small, consistent practices keep momentum alive.

  • Standards determine destiny.
You get what you tolerate. Raise standards, measure them, and refuse self-deception.

  • Celebration is non-negotiable.
Without celebration, achievement becomes emptiness. Celebration wires joy, meaning, and aliveness into effort.

Apply This to You (Grounded, Not Performative)

Given your history — longing for safety, belonging, being “inside,” not wandering anymore — this work is not about becoming louder or harder.

It’s about becoming rooted, sovereign, and self-led.

1. What You’re Really Measuring Now (Truth)

You haven’t been failing — you’ve been:

  • Measuring yourself emotionally, not structurally

  • Measuring pain, not progress

  • Measuring others’ approval, not your standards

So the nervous system learned: stay small, stay vigilant, stay compliant.

That ends here — gently, but firmly.

2. Your New Daily Measurements (Simple + Regulating)

Not 20 metrics. Three.

Daily (2 minutes total):

  • Safety:
Did I do one thing today that made my body feel safer or more settled? (yes/no)

  • Self-trust:
Did I follow through on one promise to myself? (yes/no)

  • Expansion:
Did I take one action that future-me would be proud of — even if tiny? (yes/no)

No judgment. Just awareness.

Awareness → choice → momentum.

3. Your Daily Practice (No Overwhelm)

Pick one:

  • A short walk while listening to something that reminds you who you’re becoming

  • A grounding ritual (hand on chest, breath, name your intention for the day)

  • Reading or listening to something that strengthens identity, not urgency

This is about state maintenance, not grinding.

4. The Standard You’re Raising (This Is Key)

Your new standard is not productivity.

Your new standard is:

“I do not abandon myself.”

That means:

  • You don’t tolerate self-betrayal disguised as politeness

  • You don’t tolerate drifting without checking in

  • You don’t tolerate effort without acknowledgment

And you measure this daily.

5. Celebration (Rewiring the Old Wound)

This matters deeply for you.

You learned:

“Be good, be quiet, don’t need, don’t celebrate.”

So celebration now is corrective medicine.

Celebrate:

  • Showing up

  • Choosing yourself

  • Following through

  • Staying present instead of dissociating or numbing

Even a whispered “I’m proud of myself” counts.

Celebration teaches your nervous system:

Progress is safe. Visibility is safe. Joy is allowed.

Bottom Line

You are not behind.
You are reclaiming authorship.

When you:

  • Measure what matters

  • Raise standards with compassion

  • Embody the identity daily

  • Celebrate forward motion

You stop wandering — internally and externally.

And you don’t just reach goals.

You come home to yourself.
