Earlier, as a life-skills instructor and residential counselor for adolescents, I learned to stay calm and clear with people who were stressed or upset. That is useful for homeowners with a leak or a worry about their roof.
I’m organized, reliable, and a good listener. I follow through, keep accurate records, and communicate clearly in writing and by phone. I hold an M.A. in Urban Multicultural Education and a B.A. in Multicultural Psychology, and I’m certified as a life coach. I’m comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel and learn new software quickly, and I’m ready to learn Jobber and Roofr. I have a dedicated home office and reliable high-speed internet and as a former photographer, I’d be particularly glad to help with your social media presence.
